1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HSDF membership registration and the HSDF Membership app, provided by the Hills State Democratic Front ("HSDF", "we", "us"). By registering, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
HSDF membership is intended for eligible voters residing within HSDF's area of operation in Assam. You must provide a valid Voter ID and accurate personal details when applying for membership.
You confirm that all information you submit — including your name, Voter ID, address, district, and constituency — is true, accurate, and belongs to you.
3. Membership Application & Approval
Submitting this form is an application for HSDF membership, not automatic membership. HSDF administrators review each application and may approve or reject it at their discretion, including where information cannot be verified.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person, use another member's account, or use the app/website for any unlawful purpose.
6. Content
Party songs, the HSDF logo, membership ID card designs, and other material made available belong to HSDF and are provided for members' personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Suspension & Termination
HSDF may suspend or terminate a membership where information provided is found to be false, or where these terms are violated.

Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you register, we collect your full name, gender, mobile number, email (optional), profile photo, address, district, constituency, designation, Voter ID number, and a password (stored in encrypted/hashed form — never as plain text).
2. How We Use Your Information
To review, verify, and process your membership application, including verifying your Voter ID details; to generate your digital HSDF membership ID card; and to send you membership updates relevant to HSDF.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Your membership details are visible only to authorised HSDF administrators. Your mobile number is shared with our OTP verification provider solely to confirm it belongs to you.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored on secured servers with password hashing and restricted admin access. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, though we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
5. Your Rights
You can review and update most of your details anytime after logging into the HSDF Membership app. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact us below.
6. Children's Privacy
HSDF membership requires voter eligibility. This service is not directed at, and is not knowingly used by, children under 18.
